As I suspected, I lost some weight again yesterday and my weight is down to 9 stone 11 pounds. I still feel very fat because my stomach is bigger than it was before and I am concious of it. I think that once I get my weight back down to 9 stone 5 pounds I will do some stomach exercises if I am still not happy with how it looks and feels.
