I put on a bit of weight yesterday, despite trying hard and was 9 stone 10.6. Yesterday I was out for the day and ate a lot of snacks in the evening including a chocolate bar and a packet of crisps. I did quite a lot of walking but not hill walking like I normally do and no exercise machine and my weight went down to 9 stone 9.8 pounds. I have often thought about having eye surgery to save me money on glasses. The price does put me off rather a bit and I was looking at lasik surgery Mexico which is a lot cheaper.
