Oddly my weight went up to 9 stone 10.4 pound yesterday, I am guessing it was due to doing less exercise. My goal for next Monday is still 9 stone 7 pounds though so I will have to work hard again this week to get there. My weight is down to 9 stone 10 pounds this morning which is great news. It was well worth resisting having too many chips, but I did really savour and enjoy the ones that I had. I was looking at the online ITV TV guide the other day and spotted a banner ad which said you could win money. I lost just a little weight and am now 9 stone 11.6 pounds. I had expected to do better but I did miss a lot of walks due to being home with my poorly son. Back to walking today though so that is good. I am craving chocolate though so I will have to be careful that I do not eat lots of other things instead because I do not have any in the house..... After having a poorly son yesterday, with a tummy bug, I did not have much of an appetite. I tried not to eat in front of him as I thought it was mean as he could not have anything. I ended up having his packed lunch for my lunch because I had already prepared it before he was ill and had a small portion of food for my evening meal by accident because I reduced the amount by too much. My weight remained the same at 9 stone 12.8 pounds. I was not surprised because I treated myself to a wholemeal scone for my lunch. I will have to be careful today because I have a son at home from school and so will not be doing the school run and therefore will be missing out on quite a bit of exercise. My husband has decided that for his fortieth birthday next year he would like us all to go abroad on holiday. This morning my weight was 9 stone 12.8 pounds which was good. It was not as low as I had hoped but I will keep working hard at it and hopefully will be able to get to 9 stone 10 pounds by this time next week. I was sensible yesterday and did two exercise sessions, one jogging and one cycling and some sit ups and ate well.
