I am Hungry!
My weight went down to 9 stone 13.2 pounds this morning which was great news. I had chcolate cravigs this morning which I managed to ignore and they have gone away now. I am hungry though but have managed to just have porridge, a cereal bar, a carrot, a Quorn ham sandwich with cherry tomatoes, a banana and some fruit sweets. I will be careful when cooking our evening meal and try to pile up the low calorie veggies such as cabbage and carrots and hope that I will not snack too much this evening as I do not want to undo the good I have done so far. I am feeling good too and my concentration and enthusiasm for working is good today which is great and I think a result of eating more healthily.
