I was following someone down Summerlein Monday where they are doing the construction--I was behind him in the left lane doing about 25mph and he decided to hang a u-turn through the construction cones. No problem, I expected him to do something stupid--but the cop in the right lane next to me cut in front of me to follow and pull him over--I almost t-boned the cop.
