Take a Hike O’Reilly! Yeah for Bush!

President Bush, yesterday, said that he would not presume to tell the American people how to conduct their lives. Great answer to a markedly stupid and leading liberal question about oil consumption. The President said that the American people were smart enough to make up their own minds about how much gas they could or would consume. Thank You, Mr. President!

The last thing we need is another Jimmy Carter telling us to stop consuming. The Latter Day Carter, Barack Obama, has already said that we should be eating less and driving less and turning on our air-conditioning less. Thank God the President didn’t say these things. Bill O’Reilly, with whom I usually agree, said that by not telling the American people what they should or shouldn’t be doing, the President was demonstrating a lack of leadership. Nonsense! He has no business saying things like that. He needs to take care of his business and not mine. I’ll take care of my own business, thank you very much! So I applaud President Bush and Bill O’Reilly can go take a very long hike…..and save some gas!
