The highly comprehensive course covers the ability to defend yourself against all kinds of attacks including but not limited to immediate reaction conditioning, anti-mugging and rape tactics.

The course is limited to only a few participants in order to insure the highest qualtiy of personal hands-on instruction. It will take place in a sequence of eight classes beginning on Wednesday June 7th at 7:00PM at the Adam Williss Martial Arts & Wellness Institute in San Clemente, CA.
