I'm sitting here watching the Patriots play the Chargers and have just come to this conclusion; Matt Cassel is horrible!! Four plays from 6 inches from the goal line and he can't find a way to get the ball in the end zone. As I am writing this Rivers has just gone long again. As a Red Sox fan I have been watching the games since Manny's departure and finding that I don't really miss him at all. Jason Bay has done an incredible job of stepping into Manny's spot and making the team stronger. I'm not saying that Bay is the same caliber of player that Manny is, because he's not, but he has made the TEAM stronger. The long and short of it is this...Do we miss Manny? I would say no. What a sight it was to see Coco Crisp rush the mound and take it to James Shields!
