Shortly after it was decided to add open ended questions to ReviewSNAP, we also decided to add the capability of creating rating scales anywhere from 1 point to 10 points. Currently ReviewSNAP allows you to create your own rating scales, but only on a 5 point Lykert scale. Soon you will be able to create your own rating scales, but it could be a 3 point, 2 point, 6 point rating scale, etc. for your performance appraisals and 360 degree feedback surveys. Recently, upon the request of our clients, ReviewSNAP has added the capability of attaching documents as job descriptions as well as attaching documents to our feedback area.
