Tonight, as a sort of warm-up for the 10-mile run I have to complete on Sunday, I ran five miles on my treadmill while watching 'Dirty Jobs' on the Discovery Channel. Overall, I felt pretty good, which is more than I can say for Mike Rowe, the host of 'Dirty Jobs.' I will, today, begin to chronical my journey toward my ultimate goal - the Country Music Marathon in Nashville, Tennessee.
