Many think, that real estate is about putting a sign in the yard, hoping for an offer on the property.

But here is what really happens. A wonderful buyer contacts me wanting to buy a house, in this market it may be a bank owned home or it may be a short sale, and It may be a traditional sale.

If it is a short sale, it could be a long wait, if it is a bank owned home, we can expect multiple offers.

But the bottom line is, I have some wonderful new friends that are patient and willing to negotiate
