What fabulous weather in Sarasota right now! Snuffy and I, along with our friends Sandy and Lucy took a long walk this morning on Sarasota’s Bayfront. We encountered lots of doggies and their owners along the way as well as morning walkers and joggers. Looking out to the bridge, Sandy spotted a dolphin close to shore. The Sarasota real estate market did well in August 2010 after a slowdown the previous month.  The Sarasota Association of Realtors published its statiscal data this week and summer in Sarasota, FL saw an 8% increase in sales over July 2010 and an increase of 14.3% over last August sales.
