I needed to devise unique placecards for a destination wedding in the Bahamas. I wanted to add some color to the long tables set out under a tent, but the bride didn’t want to add to the budget.
I printed the guests names in hot pink in a pretty font of white card stock. I made two slits with an exacto knife and threaded each card with pink ribbon.
On the day of the wedding, using the bride’s diagram, I tied each place card to the chivari chairs.

I couldn’t stop smiling after checking out this blog. It looks like the groom routinely takes over the Polka Dot Bride Blog and this Sunday he posted all his favorite shots of the guys at weddings. Check out more here.
One of my favorite wedding photographers Scott Patrick would often do a Reservoir Dogs groomsmen shot - all the guys walking down the street in shades, ties blowing in the wind. Mr Pink anyone?
