Sorry have not posted many picks of late hope to start posting a bit more in coming weeks as baseball gets going. After about five weeks of common sense dieting, with a few cheats now and then I was able to get some good results. Starting at about 190 pounds I lost 11 pounds and most of my winter fat. Now I intend on keeping up with my healthy eating life style with more exercise to maintain my weight between 175-180 pounds.
