  Tega Cay residents filled the Tega Cay council meeting room on July 24th to participate in a special session. The topic was the proposed Hidden Harbor Marina to be located in the Lake Shore subdivision of Tega Cy.  The council voted no to the marina plan.  This would have been the second Tega Cay Marina.   So why did the council vote no?
