Tomorrow morning, Seattle Prep runner, Senior, Drew O'Donoghue McDonald will be racing in his last high school cross country meet. McDonald will be going after the coveted 3A state championship. After winning the District 2 championship last Thursday with a time of 15:36, Drew has a strong chance to be the 3A champion. After 30 grueling games the MLS playoffs have finally come. This means that every one is on even playing ground with the overall goal of being the MLS Champion. The playoff format for the MLS playoffs is that the top 2 teams from each conference are in then the next 4 teams, no matter which conference, are in as wild card spots in their respective divisions. There were few bright spots for the Huskies in Saturday’s sixth straight loss to Oregon. The Ducks proved their superiority as they managed to bottle up Jake Locker, and on the other side of the ball they were able to carve their way through a struggling Husky defense.
