What Does Your Cake Say About You

I'm always up for a great slice of cake.  Since I've gotten into event planning, one of my favorite parts of the event is the cake.  Over the years, cakes have become the co-star of the event.  Not only are they a decadent treat, but they are also a way to show the personality of the guests of honor.  I wanted to show some of the more interesting cakes that I've seen lately.

This was the cake from Kanye West's 30th birthday party and shows his love for shoes.

This was just wow! I just want to know how did they cut this cake without it falling all over the place?  Great attention to detail on the part of the baker.

I am just amazed by this cake given to Alec Baldwin's daughter, Ireland for her birthday. I. have. no. other. words.
