The Hostile Grape Wine Cellar in the new M Resort opened in March. A glass elevator descends to the underground cellar with lounge seating for 80, while the bar accommodates an additional eight.More than 160 wines are available by the glass. One-, three-, and five-ounce samples are served via a system that allows guests to insert pre-paid cards.
