I have always said that the potential for solar power in Bulgaria is great and makes total practical sense. There is already one up and running a few kilometres from my home here and I'm sure it is wel on its way to paying for its instalation. The European Commission is just bullying Bulgaria and using tactics that just are not in line of sensible action. Instead of giving out financial penalties they should support the action on waste with financial help. The problem in Sofia lies plainly with finance to deal with the problem of waste.
