U.S. Representative Stephanie Tubbs Jones. Jones, the first black woman to represent Ohio in Congress, was hospitalized Wednesday after suffering an aneurysm. The news conference indicates that she is in critical condition, although CNN had earlier reported that the Congresswoman had passed away.
