Hi! I know it has been a year since I last added anything at all to Grammy's Recipes but I'm hoping to start up again soon.

I also hope to soon get my 15 year old daughter to take over Grammy's Recipes... Read Full Story

I'm going to try the Ice Cream Pie a la Mattson for our Palm Sunday "Easter" dinner. It looks really good! I skimmed the recipe and it looks like there are coconut macaroons crumbled as the crust, then ice cream and chocolate syrup and more macaroon crumbs layered with Heath bars crumbled on the top!! I'm excited to try this. It will even be gluten free pretty easily. All I have to do is make sure the macaroons are gluten free (they should be), make sure that I don't get any ice cream with...
