10 New Business Rules for a Recession
We all know that the United States of America has been in an economic recession for months now, however, most of the general population do not know what, who, why or how this has happened.
Senate coverage shows Big Banks, Big Auto, and Big Insurance companies receive a publicly sponsored shovel full of money thrown at their “debt”, yet we don’t see any courtroom coverage of their lavish spending on everything from corporate retreats to risky ad campaigns that holds those losses as a corporate loss, now it is a public loss. “They” have already planned to get your money one way or the other, now they are doing it with out the risk of being sued.
Corporate Greed should end in 2008.
1) CEO’s, business owners, and any Upper level management, can not earn more than 20% above what the lowest paid employee in said company earns, permanent, temporary or contract.
2) Any planned profits from a product, service, or fees have to be taken into evaluation.
The price of a product can not be more than 40% above the cost of the products manufacturing costs.
Services that are of a specialty in nature, are completed with special tools, proprietary knowledge or application, and or trained expertise should be charging on a scale basis according to the hiring companies revenue.
Banking, financial service, and Tax fees can not be more than $5.00 per $1,000.00
3) Advertising budgets and planning should be re-evaluated for green elements, purchase rewards or incentives, and online effectiveness.
4) All products and services will have a transparent production sheet including time line, geographic production location, and standard testing qualifications. Made in USA label receives featured placement in all advertising scenarios.
5) American companies who use outsourced labor or parts shall pay quadruple the taxes with the new revenue generated going towards the price of the product or services sold domestically, and toward educating new local help.
6) Health contents shall be posted on and for all consumable goods advertisements.
7) The government can not tax advertising, due to the fact that it as its own entity spends tax dollars on advertising. Unlawful seizure of private funds for use in supporting direct competition of another in a perspective industry.
OR
The advertising industry can not accept tax dollars.
Phone, Text and Online communications and personal interactions must remain anonymous with no federal or local government oversight, censorship, monitoring or tracking.
9) Social sites such as Facebook must not be allowed to track online movements, keystrokes, searches or behavior of any one, no matter what that user agrees to in order to sign in. Popularity and vanity are no excuses for spying.
10) The United States of America apologizes to the world as a group for letting things get so out of hand. We did elect the leaders who do these things you know. We are to blame.
