Corel Painter is my go-to program and has been for years now. Along with my trusted Wacom Cintiq 21UX, it’s wha I work with every day. Above is a screen shot of their splash screen. There are illustrations that rotate through when people open the application and sometimes my own illustration “Gesundheit” pops up.
