When the Army announced in August that it would be granting its newest contract to built the ultra-reliable and ultra-safe truck to a new company, workers at the BAE Systems Plant in Sealy said they were dumbstruck.

Luxury automaker Fisker Automotive is buying a shuttered General Motors assembly plant in Delaware to produce plug-in hybrid electric cars, officials said Tuesday.
