1. The series finale tonight of Boston Legal: What the hell? This cannot be the end of Alan Shore.

I have to admit that there are some very positive aspects about taking the kids to day care, but there are also many, many things I hate.
Yesterday was a VERY bad day care day.
Let me give you a bit of history. A few weeks back, T’s jacket, a fleece one, was taken from the daycare-I assume given to the wrong child, and the parents have not brought it back. As I get fatter and fatter everyday, on top of the lovely muffin top I now deal with spilling over my pants top daily, I’ve discovered another lovely change on my body…my belly button is growing. I’m serious. It looks rounder and deeper than ever. And instead of a cute little hole in the center of my flat stomach, it’s a gargantuan abyss in the center of a doughy, jiggly sea of lard.

I’m feeling sorry for myself. I know I should focus on the wonderful blessings I have in my life-and I am grateful for so many things-people, mostly. Still–it’s hard. I’m depressed–and I’m okay with that-it will get better.
