Twenty-eight Windows 7 Netbooks are launching October 22, including the Acer Aspire One. Amazon is compiling a list of these 28, so obviously they’ll be selling them on the first day also. Keep in mind, the version of Windows that it will be running is Windows 7 Starter. We can only hope it won’t be the bloated code that is Vista running on a netbook.

Lee Gomes recently wrote an article in Forbes bemoaning the slow performance of the Intel Atom chip that runs many netbooks including the Acer Aspire One. Michigan is one of three states where the “no-fault” automobile insurance requires each of us to carry and pay for personal injury protection, even if it is mostly a duplication of other coverage we may have.
Apparently in 47 of the other states, I could have saved that money. But not in Michigan, Florida or New Jersey.
And our United States Congress has passed a law that requires that the auto coverage be primary and pay instead of Medicare when it is carried on the auto policy... Read Full Story

Dogs are still looked upon as a man’s best friend, but unfortunately, many of these dogs tend to feast or play with the things that are valuable to you. It is because they have that characteristic of being active, but they live with a Television addicted couch potato. A awkward relationship can possibly develop out of this incompatible trait or worst, can make a dog feel miserable and missing. Read Full Story
