Let's See If Obama Really Gets It ..

When Obama tried one of his feeble attempts at defending his policies, just after the election, he was shouted down by the opposition who said that he still does not "get it". Well, I agree about the not getting it part, but obviously I do NOT agree about what he does not get. If he's really serious about getting re-elected then there are a few overdue statements he has to make during the state of the union today. I agree this is not the place for political campaigning, but it is the place to... Read Full Story
Krusgman does it again .. "The War on Logic"

Kudos to Krugman for being brave enough to state the truth. However, what Krugman’s comes close to saying (click link below for his article) but avoids mentioning explicitly in this article is that the Republicans/Tea Partiers are so devious that they are propagating arguments that they themselves know are plain distortions of the truth and blatant lies. They are just doing it for political gain (which Krugman refers to politely as “they just want some numbers and charts to wave at the people... Read Full Story
Civility won't fix it if they hate the other side's policies

Obama made a great speech and he fulfilled his duty as a president by making the oridnary man reflect on his actions and follow a path of accomodation instead of intolerance. However, this utopia will be shortlived if the other side still is still blinded by the incessant brainwashing that has been happening over these years, and continue to think that the people in power are destroying the country (whereas the people in power and their supporters return the favor and mindset). Whether... Read Full Story
The Biggest Mistake that Obama Made ... It's Not The Tax Cut Deal
| From : politics.hitbackharder.com

Let’s stop focusing on the intricacies of the tax cut package for a while. Obama’s mistake all along has not been any of his policies, in fact he has probably done the best that you could hope for by any president. Right from his first six months when he pulled out all stops to revive a dangerously tottering economy (and was successful) by passing an superbly crafted stimulus package, despite the howls from the tea party poopers. His admin came up with innovative ideas like cash for clunkers... Read Full Story
Did Obama lose the election deliberately?

There is no way that somebody as smart as Obama could not envision the surefire path to decimate the tea-party and dunk the tea bags in hot water. The blatant lies that the tea party was propogating, right from day one, can be exposed very easily by anybody who’s smarter than a fifth grader. I’ve seem his 2008 campaign and they did not let mud stick on them for too long and let it rip at the opposition if need be. I understand things have changed and he is in power, so he has to be more... Read Full Story

Friedman's article in NY Times - http://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/17/opinion/17friedman.html?_r=1&src=me&ref=homepage Reading this article by Friedman on how Anderson Cooper had a coup by busting the claims of the tea party leaders and the GOP that President Obama was spending $200 mil per day for his India trip, one thing that strikes me is how hesitant all these journalists/media people are to reveal the truth. Friedman talks about how the elected reps and right-wing rabble rousers are... Read Full Story

Why Obama Should Fire David Axelrod and Hire Tom Periello as Campaign Manager
| From : politics.hitbackharder.com
Published to David Axelrod
In a rally, President Obama said that this election is a "choice between the policies that are getting us into this mess versus policies that are getting us out of this mess". The voters, on the other hand, are asking questions such as "how will we pay almost a trillion dollars for healthcare? Why did we bail out wall street with a stimulus package? Why aren't we doing anything about jobs?" This basic disconnect is the reason why the democrats are losing now and have lost in the past too... Read Full Story
How Democrats and Obama can win in 2010

This post outlined a broad strategy that the Obama administration and democrats should use to counter the non-stop campaign of misinformation and mud-slinging from the opposition and win back people’s mind and hearts. The statements outlined in the strategy need not be delivered by the president themselves (though some can) but is meant to form the crux of the content of a communications team that monitors the current discussions in the press and streets an delivers an immediate and forceful... My response to the tea 'party pooper' comment on 9/19 (read comment below)

Dear 'Palindrone', It is kind of amusing to know that you are being pitying me for being clueless and at the same time displaying ‘cluelessness’ of gargantuan proportions. You parrot a lot of ‘Palindrones’ in your comment, like “The Tea Party is about returning power to the people’, ‘We’ve become a land of entitlement’ and ‘tax and spend policy of the government’ etc. etc. without even attempting to answer the simple question ‘What would the party do going forward?”, “How will that revive...
