Dave Reichert is supported by the herd of RiNOs that abandoned conservatism long ago. While they listed Reichert’s name as the only Republican on the ballot despite the fact that there are three, they lack the courage the call it what it is; an endorsement. Reichert has had his opportunity to make a difference in the lives of his constituents. Many believe he has failed. Like all Republicans who chose to moderate their positions in favor of a kinder, gentler GOP, he has placed party over... Read Full Story

If ever there were a poster boy for the charge of Treason and the need for the military death penalty, Bradley Manning is it. Manning fancies himself some sort of ideological hero; a whistle blower extraordinaire. But, a conviction would put him in the dubious company of Benedict Arnold, Ethel and Julius Rosenberg, Jonathan Pollard and John Walker, who similarly betrayed their country. There does appear to be enough evidence to support a charge of Treason against Bradley Manning. The crimes... Read Full Story

Throw in the hate spewed by the NAACP’s aptly-named Ben Jealous towards the Tea Party while he ignores Reverend Wright and black-on-white racism, add the Shirley Sherrod controversy, and it’s hard to argue that Barack Obama has done anything but harm US race-relations. In fact, his eagerness to get out in front of the Sherrod story actually damaged his credibility on race immensely when it backfired. Read Full Story

My firm belief remains that Barack Obama created the debt commission for political cover. He has has no intention of heeding that body’s warnings unless forced to do so in a lame-duck session and only then by raising taxes, not cutting spending. America really screwed up this time. Rather than electing a self-described moderate who would have his finger on the pulse of the nation, we chose a radical, socialist community organizer who has his Jackboot planted firmly on our neck. The Augustine Committee deemed that these laws, which safeguard our most sensitive technology and weapons systems, were “outdated and overly restrictive for the... Read Full Story

The Constitution still matters. The Executive Branch lacks any constitutional authority to “make BP pay” anything. Although they may not read them, Congress makes the laws and the courts litigate, enforce and punish violations of them. Period. Besides being unconstitutional, Obama’s “agreement” from Hayward to provide 20 billion in a relief fund does indeed have the unseemly appearance of a shake down. Despite Obama’s assertions that the fund would be independently administered by a third... Read Full Story
