Carol has lived in Washington state, Germany, Iowa, and Florida. Married since 1970, she and her husband Jim have one married son, a great daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. She has done volunteer work, as well as working in a deli, and her last employment was for the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island in Florida.
