Children's protection is our responsibility

More reasons licenses should be distributed before people are allowed to have children:

NO EXCUSE for this s&^%. Should someone drop her a%$ off in a an outhouse? Too many people want children. This woman could have dropped this kid off at a firehouse or a hospital.

Why does someone have a python in the home of a child. The baby was 2 years old. The owner did not have a permit to have the *pet* and the snake was placed in a home of someone with a permit. Why was not the damn thing destroyed?
