mp4 Free Music Video Downloads

Hey All, I'm using the flash video player to play a .mp4 but it's only playing the audio. The player shows up fine and responds to changes (size, skin, etc.) but only plays the audio. I've reinstalled the player as well as tried different .mp4 files, but still, no video. What should I do to play files larger than 7mb?
