When one asks about employment, jobs, income and resources what one is really looking to connect with is the natural flow of abundance that occurs between the Source of All and the Creators of All. There exists naturally an energy flow of exchange (as above, so below and as inward so too outward) between God’s children and God (or for that matter however it is that you frame or word you use that indicates the Creator). The words of connection are not as important as the connection.

Only fear can separate one of God’s children from his or her natural inheritance. So this question really becomes one of how to remove fear (blockage) and how to reconnect to love (abundance/ and the All of Creation/ inheritance). We will focus on these tasks at hand as they will naturally ease the process and encourage acceleration into peace and joy.

I would encourage anyone seeking employment to use all methods available to them especially in the technological areas as they assist and move energy very quickly. However this is not a substitute for the energy that is exchanged between two or more individuals who meet physically face-to-face.

There are standards of business that must be followed if one is to succeed in their endeavors. Resumes must be perfect not only in language but in truth as well. It is best if paper resumes are sent out to be accurate but positive worded pictures of you. So it is therefore wise to “bless” the energy that you use to create them, as they are energetic extensions of you. People, especially in areas of employment, tend to dress all behaviors in colors of the linear/logical mind but most “decisions” are based on a gut value or instinct. Your resume must line up to this. Have a trusted friend give you a honest assessment of your resume to see what kind of “picture” it forms about you. Remember if you extend yourself from panic, fear, lack, or depravity you will match that aspect of whomever it is that “meets” you via resume. This is true too for electronically transmitted data as well. Project fear is to receive fear from whomever reads your resumes same with panic or thoughts of adequacy, worth, self-esteem, etc. Project love and certainty and you will receive that back.

As transitional times in life like this one are trying even to the strongest of minds you by your very nature will succeed if you allow yourself to do so. When it comes to “survival” areas of life we tend to disconnect from our power especially as more fear comes to us as we call into ourselves more fear, panic, and powerlessness. These are essentially chakra 1, 2, and 3 issues but that is not so important here, it is more important to connect to the energetic disempowering that is occurring and the resentments that gather because those around you are picking up the disengaged energy and carrying it for you. Those who are resentful will further “attack” your energy because they are trying to protect themselves but you have naturally engaged their survival fears too because yours are activated.

Let us move now to some remedies to move you back into you own powerful center of Being-ness. We want to focus on creating an environment physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually where you are at your most centered and empowered by your natural connection to God (the ALL).

Sit in a room that is “yours” and tell all others not to disturb you (turn off or disconnect all distractions, and send away any children). Begin by breathing in and out at your regular pace, if fear or panic or any other negative self-talk should arise release it to us to heal. Return all negative energy you have created by releasing it out of you body. As you breathe focus on slowly slowing your breath to a more even in and out experience. Breath in is the same length as breath out. Call your “light” back to you (all aspects that others have been carrying for you). Don’t worry what it looks or feels like just call and allow for it to return.

After a few more minutes of continued breathing call your power to you in the same manner. Again don’t worry just release and accept yourself back.

When this is complete call your guides and angels to you. Say in your mind or out loud “I am ready to complete the work ahead of me and I turn this over to my loving Creator (not so that the work can be done for you) but for the maximum expression and highest level of miracles to occur. “ “I release all my energetic blocks and I am ready to proceed”

When this is done say a little prayer of gratitude for all the circumstances that brought you to this place. This will set your intention as well.

After this has occurred rewrite your resume, repost it and re-mail it. Set your intention to communicate the highest vibration onto your “job” seeking tools. Ask that the angels, and guides place them in the correct hands and correct hearts so that you can move into the world of employment.

This is also an excellent time to connect with your soul purpose and to place you into a situation that will bring larger pieces into play. You need not worry or focus on what that is you need merely to listen to your heart’s desire as you review what industries you wish to work in. Start off safe, take care of your investments and then grow, as you grow in your security, and as you learn to manifest financial abundance into your life. You above all else must believe that you deserve it so that you can call it and then manifest it into your physical reality.

There exists in some “traditional” families ideas of who and what it is that members can or cannot do or have. This is especially true of gender. Please separate your energy from your brother for he has his own life to lead. This will feel foreign at first but as you grow in competency you will grow in security. Be gentle, be kind, but be assured (empowered). You can do this I have complete faith in you and if it helps remember in some ways it is already done.

Be strong in the light my sister call to me if you should need anything at all for I too had to learn how to manifest abundance and recall the joys of learning to do so. My one last piece of advise: call from joy, create from peace, and rest in the wisdom of knowing you are indeed that powerful but only you can step into your power.

Please remember as well guides will come in and go depending on the nature of the work and who is most qualified to assist. However if you do not resonate do not force it simply pass and find ones that do “vibe” with you.
