I just got off the phone after talking to Child Welfare in Bloemfontein and I spoke to the nicest and friendliest social worker I've ever come across.
She took Dolf's telephone number and she is going to phone him to set up an appointment to speak to Lili.
I'm feeling so much better, I hope that this social worker will see what is really going on.
