MP Clayton Mitchell arrives for a NZ First caucus and board meeting at Parliament on October 17, 2017 in Wellington, New Zealand. Neither the National nor Labour parties won enough seats in last month's general election to govern outright leaving NZ First holding the balance of power. NZ First leader Winston Peters has met with Prime Minister Bill English, Labour Party leader Jacinda Ardern and the board members of his own party and is expected to make an announcement on who he intends to form a coalition government with some time next week.
