In This Photo: Hannes Linke
Daniel M. (C) arrives with his lawyers Hannes Linke (L) and Robert Kain (R) for his trial on charges of spying for the Swiss government on October 18, 2017 in Frankfurt, Germany. German authorities accuse Daniel M., a former policeman from Zurich, of having spied on German tax investigators who were seeking to buy CDs listing German citizens who were evading taxes by diverting their money through Swiss banks. Employees from several Swiss banks did sell German authorities such CDs, which led to the exposure of thousands of tax-evading Germans.
