Taste of London Winter Launches

Today Michel Roux Jr was joined by esteemed chefs Ben Tish, Martin Morales and Scott Hallsworth for the launch of day one of Taste of London Winter 2014 at Tobacco Dock on November 20, 2014 in London, England. Taste of London Winter 2014 is the most anticipated food festival of the season, which traditionally marks the start of the busiest six weeks in the restaurant calendar. With thousands set to descend into Tobacco Dock over the next four days (20th-23rd November), organisers are forecasting over 100,000 dishes will be served, 10,000 glasses of champagne and wine will be drank and 3000 bulbs of garlic, 1500 octopus tentacles, 200 squirrels and over a tonne of pork will be eaten with over 500,000 pieces of cutlery and crockery.
