Marcellus Patriots for Land Rights founder Craig Stevens (L) of Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, and Ray Kemble of Dimock, Pennsylvania, participate in a briefing organized by anti-fracking groups at the Cannon House Office Building on Capitol Hill February 5, 2014 in Washington, DC. Stevens and Kemble say that fracking near Dimock has polluted their water. People from communities affected by underground hydraulic fracturing used to extract natural gas, or fracking, called on members of Congress, the Environmental Protection Agency and President Barack Obama to continue investigating the connection between fracking and residential water contamination.
