Paula Grantt, Program Coordinator at Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago enjoys the cocktail reception with Chicagoland Habitat board member Carlos Nelson and his wife Tanya before the Habitat Hero Award Dinner - held June 11 at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. Schneider Electric, Chris Griffin, CEO, USG Corporation, and Julie Donovan, Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity Lake County were honored, recognizing decades of leadership and commitment in their roles working with Habitat in the Chicago area and beyond. Over 400 guests toasted the awardees and helped celebrate all the homeowners and heroes that help Habitat for Humanity build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter. The night raised over $1 million to create a better life for families across the region.
