Increased Fly-Tipping Continues To Blight Rural Areas
Rubbish left illegally by so-called fly-tippers blights a country lane near a village close to Bristol on September 1 2008 in Somerset, England. Many local councils are reporting large increases in the number of fly-tipping cases reported, with the cost of clearing up the unwanted rubbish passed directly to the taxpayer.
