(CHINA OUT) Residents play poker and prepare to stay outdoors overnight in an attempt to avoid the effects of any earthquake aftershocks on May 21, 2008 in Chengdu of Sichuan Province, China. A major earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale, the worst in 58 years, jolted China's Sichuan Province May 12. The death toll is now estimated at over 40,075 people and is expected to rise, as 100,000 military troops continue rescue operations.
