*FILE PHOTO* According to several sources, golfer Tiger Woods has checked into The Meadows Rehabilitation Clinic in Arizona for "sexual compulsion" and alleged usage of Vicodin and Ambien. Reports suggest that the two drugs might have had an influence on the car accident Woods sustained on November 27, 2009. The rehab clinic, situated in the middle of the Arizona desert, claims on its website to "provide a path to personal completeness and integrity, for those seeking treatment for trauma and addictions." One of the facility's offerings is the Dakota program, which promises "Extended Care for Sexual Recovery." The clinic "works with clients to sustain sexual sobriety by facilitating the healing of core issues." Only two days before the November 27 car accident, print reports suggested that Tiger Woods had participated in multiple extramarital affairs. Woods has since admitted to multiple acts of sexual indiscretion. Woods's reported sexual partners included Rachel Uchitel, Dina Parr,Loredana Jolie, Jaimee Grubbs, Jaime Jungers, Theresa Rogers and potentially more. On December 17, 2009, wife Elin Nordegren announced that she would be filing for divorce. According to sources, everyone at the clinic is forced to wear a colored nametag that identifies their addiction. "Sex addicts wear either blue or red and they are not allowed to fraternize with members of the opposite sex," the source said. In 2007, Robbie Williams was reportedly admitted to The Meadows rehabilitation clinic. The $4000 a night rehab center is famous for its celebrity clients, past patients have included supermodel Elle Macpherson, Matthew Perry, and Whitney Houston.
