National Cherry Blossom Festival Kicks Off In Washington(Max Mathis)

The two came from Huntsville, AL for the weekend to see the flowers. The festival commemorates Mayor Yukio Ozaki of Tokyo giving 3000 cherry trees to the city of Washington in 1912.
