GBR: Harry Patch Attends Remembrance Sunday Service

Harry Patch the last remaining British Tommy and veteran of the First World War attends the Remembrance Day Service at St Cuthberts Church on November 9 2008 in Wells, England. Harry Patch, who is 110 and lives in a care home in Wells, Somerset, is the second oldest person in Britain and is the last surviving British soldier to have served in trenches of the Western Front during the third battle of Ypres, the battle of Passchendaele, in 1917 and in which more than 70,000 British troops died.
