Detroit Mayor Kilpatrick Accepts Plea Deal In Text Message Scandal(Kim Worthy)

Prosecutor Kim Worthy sits in Wayne County Circuit Court during a plea hearing with Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick September 4, 2008 in Detroit, Michigan. Kilpatrick pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice in a sex scandal and agreed to resign as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.
