Chelsea Clinton (R) addresses a "March to Victory" low-dollar fundraising even with her mother, Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) at the Daughters of the American Revolution Constitution Hall March 26, 2008 in Washington, DC. The fundraising event was held one block west of the White House. Clinton's rival, Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), raised $55.4 million in February compared with $34.5 million raised by Clinton in the same month.
