President Bush Signs Reauthorization Of HIV/AIDS Initiative(Richard Lugar)

Named for the late House members Tom Lantos (D-CA) and Henry Hyde (R-IL), HR 5501 will reauthorize the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief at $48 billion through 2013.
