Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall leaves a Service of Commemoration to mark the end of combat operations in Iraq, at St Paul's Cathedral October 9, 2009 in London, England. The commemoration is being attended by veterans and the relatives of the 179 who died during the conflict which officially ended on April 30.
