If your guilty pleasure is VH1 reality, then you've probably seen Rock of Love. But did you know that Daisy, one of the gold-digger/stripper/attention-whore/contestants from Rock of Love 2 is Oscar De La Hoya's niece?

Daisy de la Hoya, the niece of boxer Oscar de la Hoya and Rock of Love contestant, is calling out celebrity gossip site TMZ.

The website posted a photo of Daisy and censored out her lady parts to make it look like she was showing her "Britney". As it turns out, de la Hoya WAS wearing panties sans the wardrobe malfunction.

TMZ's pic (above) shows her uncle Oscar stripping and a Rock of Love logo inset.

Now, Daisy has put TMZ in their place on her MySpace blog.

“This Is A Picture that is purely art!! Yes Its True… As Most of you know I am a Rock N Roll Bad Girl … But Come On … I Would Never Expose My Peek-a-choo … at least not on Myspace (only in playboy where you can buy a glimpse of it) LOL … Anyways Thanks TMZ for all the exposure… no punt [sic] intended!!!”

So Daisy isn't the most articulate one, but you get her point. If you ask me, the de la Hoyas should shut up and enjoy the free publicity a little more!
