Hillary Andrews - Weather Channel Scandal ???

Hillary Andrews is accusing her former co-anchor, Bob Stokes, of repeated sexual harassment during her employment at The Weather Channel. The 38-year-old anchorwoman and meteorologist was one of the most popular figures on the cable television channel, but she had a problem with Stokes, who was "obsessed" with her and once asked her, "Will you lick my swizzle stick?"

Andrews' accusations couldn't come at a worse for The Weather Channel, which is being shopped around at a $5 billion valuation. Although Hillary won an arbitration case three months ago, the findings are being kept secret. We do know this:

Stokes, she claimed, made crude sexual remarks to her, leered at her chest, and followed her into the women's dressing room. He also allegedly questioned her "over and over again, non-stop" about her sex life, and once noted, "It tortures me when you wear those heels and skirt." When she rebuffed his advances, Andrews charged, Stokes's "hostility and volatility became a constant" and he sought to "sabotage" her on-air performance and even resorted to insulting her during live shows.

Instead of being believed, Hillary Andrews was initially relegated to anchoring the midnight shift after requesting a reassignment from the 50-year-old Stokes, who was only recently fired for his misconduct. Hillary is now suing Stokes in Georgia court for damages.

A graduate of Cornell University with a BS degree in meteorology, Hillary Andrews was employed at The Weather Channel for three years between 2003 and 2006.

Hillary Andrews, known for her stint on the Weather Channel, has one a sexual harassment claim against co-presenter Bob Stokes, 50.

She received an undisclosed sum.

Hillary claimed that Stokes continually asked her about her sex life and made, what she considered to be, crude comments such as, "Will you lick my swizzle stick?"

An arbitrator decided that Stoles had in fact subjected Hillary Andrews to 'severe and pervasive' sexual harassment that was 'extreme and offensive'.

The NY Post says that the following was contained within the suit against Stokes:

"Stokes began telling her he was attracted to her. He told her that it had been a long time since he had been so attracted to someone. He repeatedly asked whether she was attracted to him. He repeatedly asked if she would go out with him. He made crude sexual remarks.

Stokes then started asking intimate questions about Andrews' former husband and her sexual relationships.

When Stokes finally realized he was never going to get anywhere, he began to sabotage her on-air performance.

When she complained, the Weather Channel placed her on the overnight shift and then said it would not renew her contract."

Weather Channel anchor Bob Stokes is being accused by a former colleague, Hillary Andrews, of sexual harassment and stalking for an extended period of time.

Court documents state that Bob Stokes has harassed other female employees as well, forcing one out of a job, and then started harassing Hillary Andrews.

In a statement, it was revealed that Stokes was constantly hitting on Hillary and asking her inappropriate questions, such as, "Will you lick my swizzle stick?" Hillary Andrews is now suing Stokes.

Who would think a sexual harassment scandal would go down at the Weather Channel? Former co-anchor Hillary Andrews claims that her ex co-anchor Bob Stokes sexually harassed her — and won the claim against him. At the center of the Weather Channel scandal are allegations that Bob Stokes repeatedly asked Hillary Andrews about her sex life and made crude comments.

Hillary Andrews says in her sexual harassment claim that Bob Stokes followed her into the the women’s dressing room and asked “Will you lick my swizzle stick?” Perv.

Hillary Andrews also charged that Stokes’ “hostility and volatility became a constant” and he sought to “sabotage” her on-air at The Weather Channel with insults.

The Weather Channel scandal led to the firing of Bob Stokes several months ago, after Hillary Andrews won an arbitration case.
