In Indiana, a bill to tighten restrictions in the State’s Cemetery Trust law unanimously passed both chambers of the Indiana General Assembly and is now headed to Gov. Mitch Daniels’ desk. CemeterySpot asks the Honorable Gov. Daniels to “SIGN THE BILL INTO LAW”. Please tighten the restrictions that allowed Indianapolis-based Memory Gardens Management Corp. to allegedly steal as much as $27 million from its trusts. (more…)
