Florida Teacher Stephanie Ragusa Arrested For Having Sex With a Kid Again

More charges have been brought against former teacher Stephanie Ragusa. To refresh your memory Ragusa was arrested in March for having sex with a 14-year-old male student while she was a teacher at Davidsen Middle School.

She was charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious battery, and had been released from jail after posting bond.

Well, apparently, Ragusa was very popular with the young boys at the Tampa middle school. She was arrested again, Tuesday evening, at her Tampa home. She has further been charged with two counts of sex with a minor and one count of lewd and lascivious battery, all counts stemming from her relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

Text messages from Ragusa to the boy on March 10, show evidence of the claims. Ragusa’s cell phone had been seized on a warrant from her first arrest, allowing the sheriff’s office to obtain the texts and identify the second teen.

Ragusa was released Tuesday night after posting a $22,500 bail, and remains suspended without pay pending a vote by the Hillsborough County School Board.
On top of all of this, the 28-year-old teacher is also accused of buying the teen alcohol during their relationship.

This arrest follows a string of alleged relationships between teachers and students. Apparently inappropriate relationships have run rampant in Tampa.

In the past two months, two Hillsborough County teachers and one Pasco County teacher have been accused of having sex with students. Last week, a volunteer band coach was also accused of having sex with at least one under-aged girl.

All we can say is, bad, bad teachers… bad.

It seems that even from behind prison walls Stephanie Ragusa , the Florida teacher accused of having sex with under aged students, can't resist the draw of an under aged boy in need.

According to the Hillsborough County sheriff's office, the former teacher who has an addiction to young boys wrote a letter of support to Nick Boella , son of wrestler Hulk Hogan.

Boella is serving an eight-month sentence for reckless driving, resulting in the serious injury of his best friend. It's been reported that Boella is not enjoying his prison stay. The 17-year-old is serving his time in solitary confinement, since he's too young to be mixed with the general population of the prison.

Ragusa's letter was apparently sent June 2, and intercepted by Pinellas County sheriff's deputies who recognized her name and the jail's return address. Boella was eventually given a copy of the letter, but there's no word yet on what Ragusa wrote.

Maybe the 29-year-old, who is facing charges of lewd or lascivious battery and unlawful sexual activity with a minor, figured that if she was going to go for younger guys, she might as well find one with some money? Who knows!

But if Boella thinks there may be a love connection, he might want to respond to her letter quick. He turns 18 in a month and after he's legal, Ragusa might lose all interest.

Florida Teacher Arrested a Third Time

You'd think after being arrested twice for engaging in sexual encounters with under-aged teens, you'd have the sense to stop. Not Stephanie Ragusa. The Florida teacher was arrested a third time Monday after investigators saw her leaving the house of a 16-year-old student.

This is the 29-year-old's third arrest, in six weeks. Authorities say she has continued to have sex with the teen victim since her initial March 13 and then second April 15 arrest. Ragusa is apparently very pleased with her arrests, she can be seen with the same energetic smile in all three of her mug shots.

She appeared in court for the first time yesterday to face two felony counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. The court will put Ragusa on trial for more than 10 charges related to sexual activity involving minors.

The judge proceeding over the case ruled that the teacher would be held without bail. Maybe they should've just done that in the first place.

A judge has ordered a Hillsborough middle school teacher held without bond on charges she had sex with a 14-year-old student. Deputies arrested 28-year-old Stephanie Marie Ragusa late Thursday and charged her with 5 counts of lewd and lascivious battery. Investigators say Ragusa had sex with a student five times while working as a teacher at Davidsen Middle School. Deputies say the incidents began when the student was 14-years-old and continued until after his 15th birthday. Officials say the victim was never a student of Ragusa and had met her while on the school campus. According to school records, Ragusa has also worked at Madison Middle School in Tampa and is currently teaching at Martinez Middle School in Lutz. Judge Walter Heinrich Jr. set another bond hearing for next week when investigators will have provide any other evidence they may have. The CCC-AIM will be following this case closely to make sure that this woman never works with children again. This is not the first time this has happened and this woman needs to stop!
